Tips to Eat Less

Don’t drink your calories. Liquid calories won’t curb your appetite like solid food does, and you may end up consuming more calories in the end. Control portion size; when people are served a larger portion, they tend to eat more. Downsize your serving, consider splitting larger portions when you go out, or ask for a to-go box and pack away half to take home. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. Exchange some of your cereal for berries. Replace half your pasta with veggies. Try switching out some of your rice for riced cauliflower. Eat slowly, savor the flavors and chew well.
