You may schedule a 15 minute consultation each month with Dr Kathy.  The first is required to be in person (for locals) or by Skype (if you live beyond reasonable travel time), but future visits may be done by telephone.  You may also contact her by email as necessary, with replies expected only on urgent matters.

A semi-annual medication review is also included free of charge.   Yearly value of this package is over $800.00.  Your cost only $29 per month.
